The Drama Book Shop in New York City, founded in 1917, has long been a gathering place for playwrights, directors, students, and theatre lovers browsing scripts, journals, and books about the stage. In 2020, Lin‑Manuel Miranda and several close colleagues purchased the store and assumed its management. In April 2026, I had the opportunity to sign copies of my play Gallows Falls (published by Next Stage Press), which I’m honored to have on their shelves.
